Yes absolutely.  The simple reason is because  it still has 19th century adultary law.  Husband and wife can choose to sue the other party and forgive his/or own spouse for adultary and ask for money compensation.   C'mon, what kind of stupid law it is. 
If a wife get caught by sleeping with other men, the husband will be in a paradise cus he shall file for divorce without paying alimoney.  If a hubby gets caught, his fate will be out of cleaner pennylessly without a wife.

Today is the "Dragon Boat Festial" no 粽子 because the rib eye steaks in Cosco are on sale for $ 8.3 a pound.   Execuse me, it was $15. 9 a pound 2 weeks ago; then I found it will expire tomorrow.  At least, Americans are honest; Costco can relabel it instead of cycling the expiration date.  
So, I and my son will eat this "馬上要過期的美牛" for dinner tomorrow.
