You can forgive your spouse and sue the other party. This is how it works in Taiwan for adultery. Ladies, do you think your hubby won't do it again if you forgive him this time? My answer is "No" cus most of men only use 50% of their brains to think and they usually use their small head to think when they see a hottie.
So, my conclusion is that Taiwan is still a developing country. Here is how you judge a country by the adultery law.
1. Third world countries: Women are usually stoned to death and men can do it again.
2. Developing countries: It is against the law and women are usually fined or thrown to jail.
3. Developed countries: File for divorce and ask for large amount of money. Women and lawyers get rich and men get freedom.
