The average wait time for our customer service is 20 minutes. How do you feel if you call for customer service and they put you on hold for 20 minutes? I will drop a F bomb after 5 minutes and hangup and I don't know about you guys.
Our customer service department claim it is all IT problems because our software sucks so they need to go to multiple screens to answer a phone call.
Well, I admit our software sucks because we have converted our applications from one platform to another platform for 3 years plus the IT department lost a few developers in the layoff this year.
No customers, no jobs, I am pretty sure I am on board with Titans now. I better start looking for life jackets Monday to make sure there is still one left for me. If I am really desperate, I may just get a boob job. It will keep me afloat, won't it?
