我平時就養成這四種健康習慣,而且缺一不可。如果沒有養成健康的習慣,就很容易生病。養成健康的 
  習慣,對我及我們一生都有很大的幫助。                                                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                                     
  【第一種習慣:流汗】                                                                                                                               
                                                                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                                     
   流汗是好事,因為流汗是排肺毒最好的方法,所以一定要想辦法流汗,尤其是天氣炎熱的時候,因為天氣炎熱就是要讓我們流汗。                                
                                                                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                                     
  可是現代人一感覺到炎熱就躲到房間,打開冷氣,流汗的機會自然變少了,身體怎麼會好?即使有時難得有機會流汗,也要到健身房,健身房是封閉空間,而且又有冷 
  氣空調。                                                                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                                  
  就是經常待在冷氣房,流汗的機會減少了,肺毒不容易排出去。                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                                     
  所以,千萬不要排斥流汗,否則呼吸系統的毒排不出去,將造成身體的傷害。                                                                               
                                                                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                                     
  【第二種習慣:喝好水】                                                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                                     
   流汗以後一定要喝水,而且不要等到口渴再喝,想到就喝,養成喝水的習慣,坐下來就喝水,不斷地上廁所,這樣可以把腎臟刷洗乾淨。                          
                                                                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                                     
  現代人腎臟的問題很嚴重,有兩個重要原因,首先就是不喝水,另一個原因就是喝到不好的水。                                                                
                                                                                                                                                      
  什麼錢都可以省,只有健康的錢不能省。建議先在家按裝一台優質的濾水器。病情的改善,第一個關鍵是先換掉有問題的水。很多人疏忽了水的重要性,導致百病叢   
  生。                                                                                                                                      
  能喝到700~ 800c c更好,能讓你整夜凝結的美好唾液,通過胃與腸道,把累積在大腸幾十年的宿便排出來,感覺非常好!                                        
                                                                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                                     
  【第三種習慣:改變飲食順序】                                                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                                     
   一定要養成良好的飲食順序,要空腹吃水果,絕對不可以飯後吃水果!從小老師就教我們飯後吃水果,幫助消化。問題是水果很快就會通過胃,經過小腸,大部分都在
  小腸吸收。如果我們飯後才吃水果,胃已經塞滿東西,水果根本無法通過胃部,經過一段時間,水果就會酸掉、臭掉、腐化,於是引發許多消化系統的問題。所以一定 
  要養成空腹吃水果的習慣。當然,也可以生菜和水果一起吃。                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                                     
  第二步就是喝小碗的湯,不要喝很多,太多的湯會沖淡胃液,影響消化。                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                                     
  第三步是吃熟的蔬菜、豆類、米飯和地瓜。                                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                                     
   這些全都吃完,才可以吃肉。而且要遵照「吃肉八大原則」,就是晚上六點以前吃,一餐只吃一種肉,儘量吃魚肉,而且最好清蒸、汆燙或水煮。絕對不可以用油煎、
  油炒、油炸,而且最好選擇冬天吃,氣溫 25℃ 以上不可以吃肉, 15℃ 以下才可以吃。                                                                       
                                                                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                                     
  【第四種習慣:充足的睡眠】                                                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                                     
  人們普遍以為,一天睡八小時最為適當,如果睡不夠八小時,便為睡眠不足。其實這說法是有根據的,因為睡得足不足夠是因人而異的。基本上,每一個人的體質、年 
  齡、身處環境都有差異。即使晚上睡不足,但自己身體健康,日間工作正常,便不用強逼自己睡夠八小時,因為這樣是自尋煩惱,可能會引致失眠。                 
                                                                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                                     
  需要培養固定的就寢時間,好好安排自己的生活,每晚大概約十時,最慢十一時入睡,如此一來早上六時左右便會自然醒過來。睡前利用自家浴盆,以自己能承受的最 
  高熱度的熱水加上一碗粗鹽,水位則到肚臍為佳(若心臟機能甚好,則水位不超過鼻子都可以),身體浸泡約十到廿分鐘,會有溫泉浴的效果。若能加入備長炭則更   
  佳,它可釋放大量負離子,有舒緩壓力?                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                                      
  另外要注意的是,要放心躺在床上,不要因為「為甚麼自己還未睡著?」「究竟什麼時候才入睡?」等問題而憂心、介意,因為有了這種心態,自然不能夠心平氣和進
