Sometimes a good trading opportunity is already gone when one realizes it's there.
He feels frustrated.
But dispair not.
Market is always open: tomorrow, next week, next month and for many years to come.
Question is, if he chooses to chase the market by simply plunging in and taking a non optimal position, he probably won't be there to trade again when market is open tomorrow.
