Redneck don't know how to drive in snow, I proved it again last night. It took me almost 4 hours for a 37 miles journey from office to my house. I was the lucky one because I got off work at 3:30 when the snow just started. I heard some people spent 8 hours or more to get home.
Hey, we are talking about the nation's capital here, not some ghetto. The salt on the gourd is probably as thick as the snow. My point is all the roads are ploughed and treated; of course I exaggerate a bit.
There are too many southerners and redneck in town which is my conclusion.
